How should I care for compass Jewelry Products?

Jewelry is the last thing that you put on before heading out and the first thing taken- off when arriving home. Following this simple rules will preserve the look and grant longevity of the fine pieces. Water is not the enemy but the chemicals in the water are. They can dry natural materials by removing their natural oils and finishes. For example Chlorides and Sulfates have been known to strip leathers and wood, tarnish and slowly eat gold. Also other substances such as lotions, aftershaves and oils can better be avoided (directly to the jewelry).

What should I do if the jewelry piece breaks?

The Compass-jewelry line is designed to meet high standards, only sometimes repairs are needed. For information regarding repairs and maintenance please send an email to INFO@COMPASS-JEWELRY.COM.
For bracelets, we have four sizes S, M, L, XL . Mens standard size is medium 7.5 inches around the wrist. The mens larger size is 8 inches around the wrist.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed pending item availability. Most orders are made-to-order and will be processed and shipped within 10 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on the following Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking information.



What if I changed my mind?

All online orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed and are subject to a 3% order cancellation fee. No exceptions.



What do I do if I didn't receive a shipment?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders are packed in our own luxury Compass box. If you need pieces wrapped separately, please indicate this in the comments section at checkout.

All payment information is handled privately on a secure server and is not retained or seen on our end.
